COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AT THE VENUE

1. Periodic Sanitization & Disinfection of frequent contact areas.

2. Isolation Room with Ambulance at the Venue.

3. First Aid.

4. Special COVID-19 Response Team at the show.

5. Highest level of hygiene standards will be maintained in the entire exhibition area and the conference hall.

6. Mandatory Temperature & Hand Sanitization at Entry for all exhibitors / visitors and vendors.

7. Well planned garbage disposal.

8. All the stalls to have hand sanitizers.

9. COVID-19 appropriate behaviour will be practiced.

10. Strict Social Distancing will be maintained as per Govt. norms.

11. Wearing Masks is mandatory for all exhibitors / visitors and vendors

12. Toilets will be sanitized regularly.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED BY EXHIBITORS

1. The person manning the booth should have completed both the doses of COVID-19 vaccination.

2. Personnel manning the booths should have vaccine certificate.

3. For Bare Stall, no cutting, painting, welding at site. Only assembling is allowed.

4. Sanitizers at the Booth.

5. COVID-19 appropriate behaviour should be practiced.

6. Strict Social Distancing should be maintained as per Govt. norms.

7. Wearing Mask is mandatory.

8. Organizers to be informed immediately incase the person manning the booth shows any signs of symptoms for COVID-19.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED BY VISITORS / DELEGATES

1. Visitors / Delegates should compulsory have visiting cards.

2. Any one of the following ID Proof is mandatory (Aadhaar Card / Driving Licence / Passport).

3. COVID-19 appropriate behaviour should be practiced.

4. Strict Social Distancing should be maintained as per Govt. norms.

5. Wearing Mask is mandatory.

6. Organizers to be informed immediately incase the person shows any signs of symptoms for COVID-19.
